The single skill AI cannot replicate is the ability to sit across a table from a business head, understand what they actually need (which is often not what they asked for), analyse the data, and explain the finding in plain language that drives a decision. This is what analysts, consultants, and managers do. This is what AI assists — it does not replace it.

Do not wait to feel ready
The people who are falling behind are waiting to understand AI perfectly before they start. The people winning are using it imperfectly right now and getting better every week. Start with one AI tool in your current job today. That is all.
Why Data Analytics Is One of the Best AI-Era Careers
Think about what AI actually produces: more data. Every AI decision, every chatbot conversation, every automated process generates data. And every business leader still needs someone to answer the question: "What does this data mean for our business?"
AI can process the data. It cannot understand the business context. It does not know that the sales drop in March was because the sales head left the company. My Final Thought — From Someone Who Has Seen This Before
I have been working with data for over a decade. I watched people panic when cloud computing came and said servers would kill IT jobs. I watched people panic when Excel came and people said it would kill accountants. I watched people panic when online shopping came and people said it would kill retail.
Each time, some jobs changed. Some jobs disappeared. Many new jobs appeared. And the people who adapted early did better — not worse.
